“Although the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and check-in was a breeze, I was NOT happy when I found out the TV only got maybe 15 stations, and some without sound, plus the reception was worse than rabbit ears! Then, to make things worse, the refrigerator was broken! I was turned all the way up to the coldest setting, but nowhere near cold. I didn't realize it at first, only later in the evening when I went to eat my dinner and found out ALL my frozen food was thawed and my beverages...

“This is an older hotel. That being said, it is a very well maintained hotel. Beds were comfortable. Furniture was comfortable. I enjoyed the balcony overlooking the water. I will definitely stay here next time I stay in Bremerton.”

“This property was neither sweet or a suite. Until we checked in we didn't realize there was only street parking or that we had to walk up a flight of stairs with our luggage. The closest parking spot was over two blocks away. This would have been nice to know as I was recovering from surgery. We got to our "suite". It was the size of a small dorm room. Their kitchen was downstairs and shared., which meant for us that your food couldn't be safe from tampering. We could hear every conversation...

“No double lock in rooms. Doors don’t automatically lock itself so you have to double check before you leave. The windows were wide open when I checked in with no screen.”

“Room was adequate. Unknown extra $25 charge on my credit card. When you walk in, a very STRONG cloyingly sweet air freshener smell (not too bad in the room). I realized during my stay it's because it's trying to hide a very, very funky underlying smell. Also, my room was across from the shared bathrooms, big mistake. Why do people slam doors at 1:00 am? Good enough due to proximity to the event venue. Expect to be woken up early and late by the noise.”
